چکیده
Clogging pipelines is one of the most common and urgent problems in paste backfill mining. The aim present study was to solve problem pipe blockage In this paper, mixed with coal gangue, fly ash, cement, additives used investigate influence three air-entraining agents (AEAs) (including sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), triterpene saponin (SJ), abietate (SA)) on flow characteristics strength paste. A series relevant tests conducted paste, such as air content experiments, slump expansion viscosity yield stress tests, uniaxial compressive (UCS) test. results show that increases increasing AEA content, but increase limited reaches a maximum at 0.9 AEA. increased by up 10–13 mm, 66–130 mm compared without decreased 0.13–0.20 Pa·s, 81.47%–93.7% original. also reduced, after 28 days curing, reduced 1–1.2 MPa. Taking into account requirement 3 MPa for from Linxi mine, it considered dosage B good choice, could better change flowability reduce pipeline transportation resistance energy consumption. At same time, acceptable. paper can provide reference performance studies pastes materials.

Pore Structure Evolution and Its Effect on Strength Development of Sulfate-Containing Cemented Paste Backfill
In this study, the effects of the initial sulfate content on the properties of cemented paste backfill (CPB) made from coarse tailings has been investigated via mercury intrusion porosimetry. The combined effects of the sulfate content and curing time on the total porosity, pore size distribution, and unconfined compressive strength of the produced material were discussed. It was found that the...
متن کاملRheological Properties of Cemented Tailing Backfill and the Construction of a Prediction Model
Workability is a key performance criterion for mining cemented tailing backfill, which should be defined in terms of rheological parameters such as yield stress and plastic viscosity. Cemented tailing backfill is basically composed of mill tailings, Portland cement, or blended cement with supplementary cement material (fly ash and blast furnace slag) and water, among others, and it is important...
متن کاملStrength Characteristics and Failure Mechanism of Cemented Super-Fine Unclassified Tailings Backfill
This experimental study investigates the strength characteristics of cemented super-fine unclassified tailings backfill (CSUTB) and its failure mechanism. Physical and chemical properties of tailings from the Zhongguan Iron Mine (ZGIM) were tested. A series of uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) tests was conducted to determine the relationships between UCS of CSUTB and three factors of cement-...
متن کاملThe Effect of Air Entraining Agents on Compressive Strength
Freeze-thaw cycles are one of the greatest threats to concrete durability. Lately, protection against this threat excites scientists’ attention. Air-entraining admixtures have been widely used to produce freeze-thaw resistant at concretes. The use of airentraining agents (AEAs) enhances not only freeze-thaw endurance but also the properties of fresh concrete such as segregation, bleeding and fl...
متن کاملMultiphysics Modeling and Simulation of Strength Development and Distribution in Cemented Tailings Backfill Structures
Cemented paste backfill structures are complex underground cementitious structures. After fresh cemented paste backfill (CPB; a mix of tailings, binder and water) is poured into underground stopes (mined-out voids), its strength which is a key mechanical design criterion of CPB structures, gradually develops with time. The development of CPB strength is governed by the coupled thermo-hydro-mech...
